Richard Addison formed Addison Designs and Associates LLP as a commercially orientated multi disciplined design practice. Our sphere of activities covers Architecture, Interior, Industrial Design, Cost Consultants and Project Management.

We collaborate with our clients to evolve the brief to cover all aspects of design & economic analysis of the project, ranging from individual housing to complex multiple mixed usage and urban planning schemes, we then undertake whatever degree of professional services are including construction and on site project management.

We have in-house cost consultants quantity surveyors and engineers to advise on projects and work closely with a range of allied professional practices.

Our work has included a range of Private and Commercial client commissions, contracts with Housing Associations, Banks, Property Developers, Health, Retail & Leisure Operators and has included all spheres of development work.

Over the years since our foundation. We have been involved with a number of Commercial and Private Client Developments, such as : Hotels, Leisure Projects, Offices, Retail Parks, Health Care, Residential Homes, Residential Developments, and a number of Private Houses. This has included both refurbishment of existing buildings, and new build projects and often a mixture of both.

We have also developed a strong relationship with English Heritage and CABE from our conservation work and our involvement with sensitive sites and listed buildings.
